Manchurian Balls with gravy and Veg Fried Rice

Manchurian balls with fried rice

For gravy:
1c finely chopped veges; carrot cabbage onions french beans

2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2tbsp finely chopped ginger
3tbsp dark soya sauce 
1tbsp white vinegar 
1green chilli split 
2tbsp spring onion greens
1 tsp black pepper powder 
2 c vege stock (cabbage capsicum tomato onion cauliflower potato carrot french beans- boil till veges soft n strain)
2tbsp cornflour in 4tbsp water
Salt 
Sugar 
1 tbsp Oil 


Heat oil to smoking point. add garlir ginger boiled veges green chilli. Mix and keep stirring till veges a little burnt.
Add veg stock and boil for 5-7mins. Add soya sauce vinegar salt sugar Black pepper powder . boil for anothrr 5-7 min and keep stirring.
Now slowly add cornflour mixture n keep stirring to avoid lumps. Boil for 5mins. turn off gas and 
serve with sprinkled onion greens.
Manchurian balls
1/2 c shredded carrot
1c shredded cabbage
1/2c finely chopped spring onion n greens
1tbsp finely chopped garlic 
1tbsp finely chopped ginger
1tbsp black pepper powder 
3tbsp cornflour
2tbsp maida
Salt 


In a bowl mix all ingredients. Keep aside for 1/2 hr .
Do not use water as water from veges will release. 
Aftr 1/2hr wet ur hands alittle to avoid dough sticking to ur hand. Heat oil foe frying.Make balls and fry till crispy and Dark brown in color.

Veg Fried rice
1.5 c diced veges; carrot cabbage onions cauliflower french beans
1tbsp dark soya sauce
2c boiled Basmati rice (almost done but alittle bit raw)
Salt
1tbsp Oil

Heat oil to smoking point .Add veges to pan. Stir till veges alittle burnt.
Add soya sauce salt. Mix. 
Now add rice and mix well.
Serve hot with manchurian sauce and balls.
