Manchurian Balls with gravy and Veg Fried Rice

Manchurian balls with fried rice

For gravy:
1c finely chopped veges; carrot cabbage onions french beans

2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2tbsp finely chopped ginger
3tbsp dark soya sauce 
1tbsp white vinegar 
1green chilli split 
2tbsp spring onion greens
1 tsp black pepper powder 
2 c vege stock (cabbage capsicum tomato onion cauliflower potato carrot french beans- boil till veges soft n strain)
2tbsp cornflour in 4tbsp water
Salt 
Sugar 
1 tbsp Oil
